Worked with Radnor Boy Scout Troop 284 to secure property enhancements as part of open space preservation

This program is primarily designed to divert first time offenders of less serious offenses from the formal court system.
Supported Radnor Police Department’s Safe Schools Initiative
Supported Radnor Township Police Dep’t fully participating in Anti-Bias Training with the ADL (began in 2018)
13.7 million in capital projects
Orchestrated process to vet projects and put forth a bond issue to support $13.7 million in formerly unfunded capital projects and sewer enhancements
Received bipartisan support and resulted in no new taxes and improvements to areas across the township
Crosswalks and sidewalks
Coordinated with township staff an onsite review of roads needing repaving and potholes with state reps and penndot
Secured funding to repave Newtown Road, Sproul Road, Darby-Paoli Road
Stormwater management upgrades
Arbor Place/Cumberland Place
Robinhood Road stream bank restoration
Supported billing efficiencies by combining sewer and stormwater bills
Additional infrastructure projects:
June 2022, BOC announced South Wayne Avenue Flood Reduction Project
will impact the significant flooding which occurs in front of the Radnor Fire Company and Radnor Township School District Administrative Building
$5.4 million project, impacts anyone who lives in the area, has a child attending the Radnor Middle School, needs fire or EMS assistance, or travels through the South Wayne area
New trees planted along Darby Creek to help with streambank stabilization as part of Shade Tree Fall/Spring Planting Program
Enhancements at Saw Mill Park – stop signs, pedestrian crossing, new trash can, signage, and trees
Advocated for traffic speed studies on several roads, including Wyldhaven, Strathmore, and Malin
Additional lighting on S. Ithan Avenue to address safety issues
Supported additional Township funding to maintain high quality of Township services (like sanitation services, leaf collection, snow plowing, parks and trails maintenance)
Transparency:
Hosted yearly Ward 4 Town Halls and multiple special interest programs related to neighborhood development and timely issues
Worked to answer all constituent emails within 24 hours and respond to all phone calls within 12 hours
Community and Small Businesses:
Supported increased funding for Radnor Memorial Library, Radnor Senior Center, Radnor Historical Society, Surrey Services
Oversaw finalization of significant commercial development – upgrades to Township business corridor, generated Township revenue
Worked with Wayne Business Association to secure approval for enhancements – new trees, trash cans, sidewalk repaving, parking enhancements, ordinance changes that would allow for rooftop dining
