Lisa is a proud pro-choice candidate who will always stand up for a person’s right to make their own healthcare decisions. Having spent most of her career in healthcare, Lisa deeply values the doctor-patient relationship. No matter one’s personal views on abortion, she believes that choice should remain between a person and their doctor – there’s no place for politicians interfering. 

With states now on the frontlines of protecting abortion access, Lisa has been and will continue to be  a strong advocate in Harrisburg. Most recently she is co-sponsor of legislation to amend the Pennsylvania Constitution to reaffirm and protect every Pennsylvanian’s right to privacy and ensure that the state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate personal decisions. This amendment would ensure that every individual has a right of privacy with respect to personal, sexual, and reproductive healthcare decisions, including the right to choose or refuse an abortion, the right to choose or refuse contraceptives, and the right to choose or refuse fertility care, all without discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, or relationship status.
